A trip down relationship lane with Dua Lipa

Ah relationships! We’ve almost all had them, wanted to have to them, or regret them.

Fall is here and we all want to cozy up next to someone and have a pumpkin spice latte or just Netflix and Chill.

Before we do that, we have put together the almost unanimous path relationships take in this era of social media and constant availability online through the songs of Dua Lipa. What a time to be alive.

1. Electricity (ft. Diplo & Mark Ronson)

Confronting your crush can be a little bit hard, but the way Dua Lipa does it in her new song makes. it. sound. so. damn. easy. Follow her lyrics and dance moves and you got yourself a relationship even if it seems a bit too dark.

2. No lie (Sean Paul ft. Dua Lipa)

Your crush knows you are into him; it’s time for you to make him crawl to your arms… but I mean it’s Dua Lipa and probably any guy would crawl to her! Don’t be discouraged and go for it.

3. One Kiss (Calvin Harris ft. Dua Lipa)

He’s in your arms, the ball is in your court and now is the time for him to fall in love with you. All it takes is One Kiss my babies!

4. Scared to be Lonely (Martin Garrix & Dua Lipa)

You start fighting, the love fades away but you still want to be with him.
So why are you still together? You may still be in love but it might as well be you scared to be lonely…

5. Be the One

You still want to be with him, but he’s over it.
You try as much as you can to convince him to come back.
You ask him for another chance because you know you are the one but you break up anyway, the horror!

6. New Rules

You still want him, want to know what he’s up to and let’s face it you miss him but you know he is not good for you. Shout out to all of your girlfriends whose responsibility is to make you obey the new rules, because you know that he’s going to be calling you when he is drunk and alone…

7. IDGAF

Your friends have been doing a great job preventing you from making a huge mistake and drunk texting or drunk replying, or stalking, or asking…
You are good on your own now and you are ready to deal with it! You go girl!

8. Want to

Shout out to Dua Lipa for reminding us that we are strong to get out there again and try our luck at love one more time and this time, we are the ones in control and we are setting our body free.
