Meghan Trainor uses footage from her wedding for Marry Me video
If weddings get to you like they get to me, grab a tissue box, your headphones, and come see Meghan Trainor’s “Marry Me” video.
Meghan tied the knot with Daryl Sabara last December and we got a few details about the intimate and beautiful ceremony but now, the singer released actual footage from the wedding that details it all.
Like any wedding video, this one has the preparations on the day, the dress, the make-up, the boutonniere, the walking down the aisle, the first kiss… all of it and it will bring out the waterworks. Trust me!
The song, perfectly titled “Marry Me,” is very touching and emphasizes the intimacy of the ceremony. The video captures the bride and groom in some truly amazing shots. Meghan getting ready, the dance with her father as well as her and Daryl’s first kiss and first dance as husband and wife. The couple get married, Daryl breaks glass, he puts on a little performance with his friends before he and Meghan change into some super comfortable customized sweats with their family names on the arms. It’s overwhelmingly beautiful!
“Marry Me” could be this year’s official wedding song and I wouldn’t be surprised to see it used the same way as Meghan did. It’s just so wholesome.
